I truly enjoy the work that I do as a coach and mediator. I believe that everyone should be living the life of their dreams. My background has enabled me to develop the skills necessary to help people do this. I have a degree in Social Work and have worked in various settings with both teens and adults. I worked with clients individually and was also responsible for facilitating groups. I learned that creativity is an important part of problem solving. Even though two individuals may present with the same problem, they may require different solutions. Every person is unique and I take this into consideration when I coach people or mediate for a group of people.
When I am coaching or mediating I like to keep a sense of humor about things. I find that this makes people feel more comfortable and sparks creative problem solving. I want my clients to look forward to our sessions and be focused on the solutions instead of the problems.
Some personal information about me…I have many interests. I enjoy playing the guitar, training in the martial arts and running. In the past I have also been involved with acting and dance. I understand the physical demands and challenges of athletics as well as the creative demands of the arts. I think that my experiences with all of these help me to connect with a wide range of people.
